  • First 4 Tuesday Evenings in June ~ Dancing in the Park at Edwards Gardens: 7pm to Dusk

    See you in June 2026 at Edwards Gardens!

    We dance on The Green, at Edwards Gardens, to wonderful live music by ‘Scotch & Soda’. All are invited — whether you are a dancer, or you’d like to be. There are many audience participation dances easy to do and enjoy.  brief video

    There is no fee, but a donation to cover the park permit and band would be appreciated.

    RAIN LOCATION: If rain threatens, dancing is switched to Glenview Presbyterian Church, 1 Glenview Ave (west of Yonge, 3 blocks south of Lawrence).

  • Sunday June 14 ~ Cobourg Annual Dance

    Date & Time: Sunday June 14, 2026 at 3:00 pm

    Location: Cobourg Memorial Temple, 412 Victoria Street, Cobourg, ON (ample free parking on site)

    Music: Blair Mackenzie (violin) & Helen Batten (piano)

    Tickets $15. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

  • July 18 ~ 48th Annual Orillia Scottish Festival

    Where: Couchiching Park Orillia

    When: July 18th, 2026

    We are inviting Scottish Country Dance Teams to support us by dancing on the field followed by audience participation in the pavilion.

    Field Dances: Machine Without Horses (Jig); The Robertson Rant (Strathspey); Maxwell’s Rant (Reel)

    A reception with light refreshments will follow at the Legion.

  • Summer 2026 ~ ‘Dancing on the Dock’ – Hamilton ON

    Join us for dancing at the lakefront!
    Free, and no dance experience necessary. Bring a friend — everyone is welcome!

    Wednesday evenings: July 22, 29 and August 5, 12, 19, 26
    6:30-dusk (weather permitting)

    Where:

    Pier 8, 47 Discovery Drive, Hamilton –- at the bandshell behind William’s Coffee Pub.
